One Man and a Volt Meter is a small marine electrical and electronic service company located along the Intracoastal Waterway in Jacksonville, Florida. The primary focus of One Man and a Volt Meter is to provide troubleshooting, repair, and installation services on marine electrical and electronic systems to the individual sail or power yacht owner at very competitive prices.
